Its not all been finalised or anything yet so i'm not entirely sure what i'll be doing but i DO know WHERE i'll be doing it - Morocco! Wednesday, August 16, 2006. I'm terrible for not updating this, so much for being able to look back and say "oh so THAT was what i did when i was job-hunting". I officially gave up searching for a job in Eastern Europe about a week ago. I figure right now i'm wasting time so just get in somewhere and get a bit of experience. Monday, August 27, 2007. 5 days to go! So we're now in my final week before i go to Morocco. Lots to talk about today folks. First thing, and most important, is that i got my work assignment. I will be working in the Lala Maryam Orphanage for abandoned children. At first i was thinking oh no.kids! I don't know what to do with kids! But i had a think about it, i took a few moments to step back in time to when i was a kid and thought ooooooooh it'll be FUN! So i'm really excited about the work placement now.

Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Cheap trip one: marrakesh. This weekend 7 of the volunteers headed to Marrakesh. We left work at 12.30 as usual and then after lunch we got the train to Marrakesh - we arrived around 10pm. Finding our "hotel" was.shall we say, an adventure? Day one, myself, Kate and Amber headed into the souks while the rest of the group went off to see sites and stuff. This picture would have been so good if it hadn't been so blurred!
