Friday, January 7, 2011. Continuing. Paris - Jardin de Monet. We have caught the TGV (VERY fast train) to Paris and the RER (local train) to Bagneux. We are staying with a family who I met in Honduras. They are friends of Anouk's father and delightful people. Our first evening here and they want to know what we would like to do. Monet's garden of course. Lionel agrees to take us and the following photos are just a few of the many. some, I am sure you will notice, look just like paintings!

Thursday, October 21, 2010. By now you have guessed that I am way behind and trying hard to catch up. Lack of internet cafes, lack of time and inexperience with weird keyboards are my excuses. There are tables out in the back garden and a terrace and a massive valley as well. Sophie (who doesn't really cook) has consulted the Gluten Free Goddess by internet and created a magnificent gf meal for us. We help bbq inside her apartment. She has been terrified about poisoning me! Mouse barriers above piers.
