MUST TRY Singapore Local Foods. July 26, 2015. June 17, 2016. Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of taking a short trip to Singapore. I spent the first day alone and slept at a hostel with the other 3 guys sharing the same room. Trust me, my mom freaked out, like so much, when I told her about my roommate. I walked around the city, went to a Cat Cafe. Ate a lot of local foods. Meeting good old friend. It was more than I could ask for. MY FAVORITE SINGAPORE LOCAL FOODS. Long story short, Bak Kut Teh.

If you don’t know what that is, it’s a simple stove-top coffee maker which produces espresso with not-so-high pressure.
