First stop of the trip (cause it was wet), was Musee Insel! An island in Berlin that houses multiple museums. I didn’t realise that the Germans actually took a lot of stuff from their various colonies and areas they explored (not just the British that are guilty). The Pergamon Museum. Checked into my hotel and took the Tube into London despite my epic jet lag driving me to just have a sleep in the massive bed they gave me. But oh my this city is amazing! On my last day in Paris, I took the train out and did a day trip to Versailles Palace. And boy of boy is this place fancy. There’s so much history here be it the signing of the Treaty of Versailles (which ended WWI and arguably started WWII) to the start of the French Revolution! Liberté, égalité, fraternité.
