Souks and Camels, Cous-Cous and Desert Whiskey… | travelsofagraduate

https://travelsofagraduate.wordpress.com/2013/07/26/morocco

A way to remember and share…. Travel Tips & Things. Souks and Camels, Cous-Cous and Desert Whiskey…. Morocco is a WoNdErLaNd. Of large open spaces, different languages (French, Arabic, Moroccan) and quirky things. Like a McDonald’s that is a hang out spot until 3am…. Marrakesh was the right choice as an introduction to the country. It is developed and touristy but not overwhelmingly so, and easy to get to from Europe. We stayed at a local hotel the first night which was what. Always a good choice😀.

Green, Wild and All Ireland | travelsofagraduate

https://travelsofagraduate.wordpress.com/2012/05/29/ireland

A way to remember and share…. Travel Tips & Things. Green, Wild and All Ireland. Except in Dublin City. Wild And neither was Killarney. But the country side all seemed to be. Here is a view around Dublin. Hope you enjoy the tour🙂. This slideshow requires JavaScript. Dublin was kind of as I expected for the first night. (maybe because we are exhausted, not really paying attention, and just want to sleep? Maybe) But the history of the city is so rich and dates back so many centuries it made my head spin.

https://travelsofagraduate.wordpress.com/2012/07/03/all-the-waffles-and-frites

A way to remember and share…. Travel Tips & Things. All the waffles and frites. I am sad to say that Belgium’s largest souvenier for me was kilos on my person and. But who am I kidding? IT WAS SO DELICIOUS. 8212;– Waffles are Belgium’s most amazing contribution to society. But seriously. - - SO good. And of course there are the fries… (they are ABSOLUTELY not ordinary fries). The picture (with me enjoying fried things) was taken at a very popular fry place in Brussels. The line was. Enter your comment he...

Travels of a Dodo. Crazier and crazy year. Returning Fellows Conference. (Or, “Presentations and dance parties in the pacific northwest are hallmarks of a weekend well spent”). August 12, 2009. 2009 Seattle Tacoma Airport. 5:35pm. I’m waiting/napping/pondering by myself for five hours at the airport, after what was probably an unfortunate scheduling logistics thing.
