Photos: I-17 South scenic view. September 4, 2013. While driving from Flagstaff to Phoenix via the I-17 south this past weekend, I stopped at a scenic view stop. Usually, I am in the backseat and not permitted to stop. This time I drove. We were all happy to take in this view after it rained all day and left the sky dynamic. If you feel drawn to stop, do it.
