2016 IBWDB Team 411. 2015 IBWDB TEAM 411. Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Foundation. In 2014 an application was made to form the Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Foundation, making the Foundation one of only two Dragon Boat Foundations in Canada at the time of incorporation. In addition, our club's certified coach and steersmen provide free weekly paddles throughout the boating season, and free pool side paddles and swim lessons during the off-season to promote healthy and safe lifestyles on and in the water.
