Zenit-E and loading: vintagecamera

I just got my Zenit-E in the mail today. I have sat down with it for two hours trying to figure out how to load the film and I just can't. I have looked at every online manual I could find and nothing helps. There is a very thin metal strip on the spool take up but it's not on the side that I could stick the film into. it faces the other direction (it's on left side). I tried to take some pics I don't know if they're much help but maybe? Does the spooll take up come out? Or what am I doing wrong?
