Monday, May 31, 2010. Birthday party for 6 girls! Our bible study group had 6 girls born last June (out of 8 women in the group) . We had a bday party to celebrate all of the girls turning 1. We had the party early due to scheduling, but celebrated all the same. We had a great time. We had a cookout, fishing, smores and fun for all of the kids. I apologize for my singing in the video. Monday, July 11, 2011. Rusty, Reese and I spent last week in Colorado while Caleigh spent the week being spoiled by Rustys parents. We were able to spend 3 days with Rustys best friend and his family in Colorado Springs. Rusty and Aaron had a blast all day catching up (4 years since they had seen each other), while Reese and I were busy touring the city. We went to Pikes Peak, the Zoo, Garden of the Gods, a Cave, an amusement park, hiking and seeing the city. He LOVED playing in the snow.

Thursday, September 16, 2010. Reese just came up to me and told me the trash can was all full and he needed to take it out. I wondered where he got this from (definitely not from my wonderful and loving husband whose strong suit is not the trash). He said- I learned at Sonshine School that boys take out the trash and I am a boy! That's what I call training them right and money well spent on school! Monday, April 25, 2011. We were thrown a loop for Easter when I came down with the shingles last week. I had to miss the church Easter eggstravanza and lay low last week, but I was cleared to go to church on Sunday! Our family came for Easter lunch and to hunt over 250 eggs. Friday, October 17, 2014. Day 16 Lunch and Menu. Yesterday, I got to have lunch with Cassi, who is the children's minister at our church and also a sweet friend of mine. We hadn't seen each other in a while since she had been serving at our other campus, so it was nice to catch up. She is anticipating the arrival of her baby soon and I can't wait to find out if it's a boy or girl! And here's the menu for this coming week:. Saturday - Hamburger Wild Rice Casserole. And making Pumpkin Sin Dip.

Tuesday, October 21, 2014. EK had another good week. And we ended the week by having nachos and watching Turner and Hooch. Easton had soccer at 9am. We then went for haircuts and to the grocery store. This is then the attitude that we got to deal with all day with EK {Not fun! We made some cupcakes to help the attitude. It didn't help much}. And why is it that cupcakes never look like they should from the magazine. This was supposed to be an owl}. I took the kids to the park to get out some energy.

Monday, December 8, 2014. This year we went to the Thanksgiving Day parade again. Grandma came with us this time. This silly guy was on America's Got Talent as a roller skater. He is too funny! And then later in the day my side of the family came over for Thanksgiving Dinner. My poor dad had had the flu earlier in the week, so we moved the dinner to our house.
