What is the best Martial Art? The best martial art is the one that applies to the situation you are in at the time you are asking that question. There is no perfect art for ALL situations which is why we cross-train our students to learn the most effective techniques in many different arts. Which fighting styles (arts) do you teach? Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee’s art) is the primary fighting style, but we utilize techniques taken from Kenpo Karate, Kickboxing, Filipino Kali/Dumog, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
