So without further ado, I present my most recent smoothie concoction:. 1 cup almond milk-more or less to desired consistency. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. 1 tsp maca powder (I use Terrasoul geletanized Maca Powder. 1 tbsp gelatin ( Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate. Place all ingredients in a blender (I use my magic bullet) and blend until smooth! I like to add the powders last so they get really well blended. Sometimes I add in some gluten free oats as well!
