The Richard and Amy Brooksby Family: To What Have We Been Up?
http://brooksbymeetsmanhattan.blogspot.com/2013/02/to-what-have-we-been-up.html
The Richard and Amy Brooksby Family. Wednesday, February 6, 2013. To What Have We Been Up? You Asked, We Answer:. Playing in the Backyard. Wendell is holding two slugs. He was cracking up, pretending to kiss them. He and Isabelle both love bugs and exploring. Isabelle and I had talked about her getting a haircut for a few months. When the time finally came, she wasn't in the mood and wanted to keep playing. I enticed her when I offered to let her wear some makeup! She was super excited after that.

Friday, September 26, 2014. New York City and Cruise. Brady and I went to New York City and a 7 day cruise this month. We had an amazing trip! We only had two days to spend in NYC so we kept busy trying to do and see everything. We also went to see Wicked. It was excellent. The cast was awesome! It was definitely a highlight of the trip. Brady in Times Square. Where John Lennon lived and was shot outside the building). This statue reminded us of Despicable Me. If you've seen the movie, you'll know why).

Sunday, August 25, 2013. Grandma and Grandpa Shipp came up for a short visit in August. We love seeing them! Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Our friends the Risenmays usually come to spend the Forth of July with us,. But they were unable to make it this year :(. They were able to swing by and surprise us on their way home from a family vacation though :). Hannah and Lea have been friends since birth. Lucas and Eli had fun hanging out. All day long it looked like it was going to rain (hence the umbrellas).

The Richard and Amy Brooksby Family. Monday, August 26, 2013. Shipp Family Reunion: Summer 2013. A couple months ago, we had a Shipp family reunion in Las Vegas. We were in the middle of our move from Washington to California and hadn't moved into our house yet, but we were glad to make the trek out to Vegas. It was nice to spend time with family. It's super fun to see our kids getting to interact with their cousins! We all missed David and his family and Carrie and her family who couldn't make it.

The Webb Family: May 2012
http://bradyanddebbie.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 30, 2012. We had beautiful weather for Easter this year. Our kids love going to the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. Easter morning brought more fun and more eggs to find. We didn't tell our kids that it was April Fool's Day until dinnertime. Their jokes are really cute, but we can only take about two hours of them. We could hear them plotting at bedtime. When we went to bed, we pulled down the covers to find out what all of the sneaking around was about. Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Grandpa Skidmore passed away at the beginning of September. We loved grandpa and he will be missed. He was hard working and loved his family. He had a big heart and took care of his loved ones. This picture shows one of my all time favorite memories of grandpa. He found some horses so he and Hannah could play together. She loved it. He even let her keep one of the horses. Grandma asked Brady and I to sing at the funeral and. We chose the song "Be Still My Soul". Here they are...
