Holaaaaaa, después de muchos meses de sequía he vuelto.no prometo que me quede mucho tiempo, pero en vista de los últimos acontecimientos , creo que tendré que pasarme mas a menudo a vigilar el huerto. Bueno es un estofado tradicional, solo que le he puesto una copita de vino de málaga y al final lo he espolvoreado con tomillo. Pero vamos a lo que nos hace falta:. 800 grs de ternera cortada en trocitos no muy grandes. Tres dientes de ajo.
