This Crazy Little Thing Called Life. Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Change is a coming. First baby step: Ditch the Soft Drinks. I know these are horrible for my body and it was typical that I would drink 5 or 6 in a day (maybe more? So far this year I've only had 2 1/2! For me that's pretty good! Any suggestions for something to drink besides water? I love water, always have, but it can get boring very quickly. It seems everything I pick out is loaded with sugar. Oh, I know!
