Trecia and Erv on the Road. Monday, August 10, 2015. This is Clear Creek here in Golden. We are parked right next to it. The RV park is about a half of a mile from the town. Beautiful! This is the Animas River down in Durango. We were going to take the narrow rail train to Silverton. We cancelled because the train follows this river. I took this from the TV. This is why we cancelled. There has been a toxic spill from an abandoned mine. The EPA caused it. OOPS! People ride down the creek in an inner tubes.

Trecia and Erv on the Road. Sunday, May 3, 2015. On our way to the Kentucky Derby. This is the spring trees in Mammoth Caves National Park. See the white cloud looking thing? That is Dogwood. It reminds me of clouds in the deep forest. One of the roads runs right through a river. Instead of a bridge they have a ferry that can hold three cars at a time. It is towed along a high tow line. We visited several distilleries. This one is really fancy. This place hand fills their bottles and hand seals them.

Trecia and Erv on the Road. Friday, June 28, 2013. We could see Devil's Tower from our site. We watched to moon come up over a hill. At first I thought there was a forest fire and it was getting worse. only the moon. Devil's Tower from another place in the KOA. A couple of retired teachers from Tenn. took our picture in front of the tower at the park entrance. There is a huge prairie dog town just inside the park. We walked around the tower on a 1.3m trail. There was someone up top feeding down the rope.
