I did… I did the laundry, baked 2 dozen chocolate chip cookie cupcakes, did the dishes, and played with my kids outside… all in the same day… all relatively pain-free! It’s amazing how much one little adjustment can truly change your life. Since having my adjustment on Friday I have done more in the last few days than I think I have done in the last several months!
