Eat a light snack 1-2 hours before class. 2 Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you have time to get situated and settled in before class begins. 3 Yoga is practiced barefoot. Remove your socks or wear specialty yoga socks so your feet won't slip on your mat. 4 Blocks, straps, blankets and eye pillows are often used and are available during yoga classes. 6 Please let the instructor know if you have any injuries or health conditions.
