Friday, February 4, 2011. We had a snowstorm blow through and everything looked so amazing covered in snow. The patterns that the snow makes on the chain link fence is fun to try and photograph. Here's my attempt. Sam made pizza and it looked great and tasted even better. Sorry the image is so grainy. I had bumped up the ISO and I should have grabbed my tripod instead. Friday, February 4, 2011. Day 20 through 28. Okay, so I kind of fell of the wagon for a little bit. I don't know why, I was very uninspired and having a hard time coming up with anything. I did try some panning shots one day. Sarah was begging me to go outside and ride her bike so I thought I would try panning again. I read up on some technique and I think I did better this time. February 5, 2011 at 9:57 PM. So, do you just stay focused on her and move the camera with her? Day 20 through 28.

Friday, January 21, 2011. This was the day of Sarah's actual birthday. We invited family over for cake and ice cream and had a great time visiting. Part of the reason that I got behind on this project is that we were getting ready for our daughter's first friend birthday party. She had a wonderful time and since pictures of the party were the only thing I took that day, that is what you get. Not very artistic I know but it's the best I got. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Friday, May 14, 2010. We had a late snow storm this week and during a break in the weather I went out and took a few pictures of our poor flowers. I was quite pleased with the way these turned out. The second group of photos were taken on the Kaysville wilderness park trail. She was very clear on how much money she had spent to promote herself and a worthy cause. She felt her publishing company hadn’t spent nearly as much on the same effort. However I came away wonderingwhat was in it for the publishing company? The author was a very good one. The cause was a very good one. But why should the publisher care?
