Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Cruces, here we come! Well, we survived the week with my family! Christmas was awesome and we got lots of fun, useful, and thoughtful presents from Mom's, Dad's, Mattie's, and other assorted siblings and family members. (THANKS ALL! We played a lot of Wii and became highly proficient at figure skating, bobsledding, and most especially curling (however, not so proficient at hockey, or any other winter sport when it comes to Wii gaming standards. :( lol). It's been a true Godsend.

Tuesday, February 21, 2012. The whole family was able to go to St. George this weekend. Trevor's sister Kaity wanted to go down for a friend's birthday and wanted some company. We had a lot of fun! Here are some pictures we were able to capture while we were down there. Trevor, Grandpa, Mattie and I made a toy shelf For Aleigha's room. Aleigha finally figured out how to rock by herself. The biggest advice was to savor and appreciate the food you are eating. Take time to taste and enjoy it. By doing so, you are less likely to overeat, or overindulge. Eat in moderation, diets are temporary, but good eating habits are sustaining! It's so easy to see how to make the most physical activity out of activities done all the time.
