Life is Full of Ups and Downs! Trevor Krissy Blair Teddy. Monday, February 14, 2011. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY - WE HAVE A BLOG! We have been meaning to start a blog for some time now but “life” has just gotten in the way and prohibited us from actually getting started. That or I am just lazy which is equally as likely. I also thought “who would really read our blog? Also way more rewarding, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Here are a few more pics of what we've been up to:. Blair and her buddy Teddy.

Life is Full of Ups and Downs! Trevor Krissy Blair Teddy. Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Spring in the Pacific Northwest! I am so excited to find out though! 11 weeks seems so soon but yet so far away at the same time. She loves to try on my shoes and walk around in them. One day she put on a pair of my heels, walked over to the mirror, looked at herself and said, “So cute! Now, believe it or not, she didn’t pick this up from me. She loves, loves, loves to be outside in the garden. We have been planting our ...

The J3 Family: August 2012
http://thej3family.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 26, 2012. After hours of hard work, the shed is finished. I love looking out my kitchen window to see this cute red barn next to our garden. Jeremy and Papa worked so hard to get it started and Jeremy has done so much on his own. We are really happy to have it finished and we're so proud that we did it ourselves. Sarah's favorite feature is the drinking fountain that looks like a lion's mouth. All three girls were captivated by the camels. We had a wonderful time playing at the zoo. Our co...
The J3 Family: January 2012
http://thej3family.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 30, 2012. Our silly girl has a lot to say lately. Here are a few of our favorite funny things from the past month:. 1 "We're eating chickens for dinner? But not their faces, right mommy? Our neighbors raise chickens and Lily likes to watch them. She was horrified to learn that we were having chicken for dinner the other night. For some reason as long as she doesn't have to eat their faces she can handle eating chickens. Can you get them out? Sunday, January 29, 2012. The highlight of our ...

Sunday, September 30, 2012. We are one week behind on our shenanigans due to a short trip to Seattle last weekend for Brady's mission farewell. So this post is pictures from the past two weeks. The girls are starting to understand that there is a baby growing in Mommy's tummy. Now they always want balls or stuffed animals under their shirts to make baby bellies. Lily after her second week of dance class. She is loving her class and teachers. We are so glad she can give dance a try this year. Annie is our...
The J3 Family: October 2012
http://thej3family.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 24, 2012. We dropped Brady off at the Missionary Training Center on Wednesday October 10th. It was a happy day for our family - and hopefully for Brady. I was surprised that Mom Wanner held it together so well. Only a few little tears. The girls weren't sure what all the hubbub was for. They still ask for Brady a lot and they think they will see him the next time we see Puna and Papa. And away he goes! Sunday, October 21, 2012. We are definitely experiencing Fall weather now. Befor...
The J3 Family: Sunday Shenanigans 11/11/12
http://thej3family.blogspot.com/2012/11/sunday-shenanigans-111112.html
Sunday, November 11, 2012. Work on the basement continues. The electrician came to finish up a few things and Jeremy started work on the bathroom. He painted it himself and laid the tile floor with help from Grampy Hall. Lily made shapes and patterns with scraps of paper she found. It kept her entertained for almost two hours one morning. Annie found my winter accessories. I had to hide the scarves for safety reasons. She loves the hat and gloves the most. Jeremy on Wednesday beginning the tile project.

Monday, June 18, 2012. A New Love and a New Beginning. My brother-in-law Jake married his sweetheart Diana on Saturday. The wedding and reception were lovely. We are thrilled they found each other and can't wait to see the shenanigans that will happen in their new family of six children! Sunday Shenanigans Part Two 06/17/12. Thursday was fun. We visited Daddy at work just to say hi. The girls love to draw on his whiteboard with the "stinky markers" and visit his coworkers. But I promised them that we wou...

The Suffering of the Pioneers. 8220;Time-marked pages of a dusty pioneer journal speak movingly: ‘We bowed ourselves down in humble prayer to Almighty God with hearts full of thanksgiving to Him, and dedicated this land unto Him for the dwelling place of His people.’. 8220;We honor those who endured incredible hardships. The J3 Family: Sunday Shenanigans 11/04/2012
http://thej3family.blogspot.com/2012/11/sunday-shenanigans-11042012_5.html
Monday, November 5, 2012. This week was almost all about Halloween. For Family Home Evening we carved pumpkins. Lily is old enough to do it herself now. She gave her pumpkin four different faces. Annie just supervised and signed off on our work. She didn't like the slimy pumpkin innards so she didn't want to touch anything. The little question mark pumpkin is for the baby since we still don't know the gender. Puna and Papa gave us the newest Tinkerbell movie for the girls' birthday. Lily has watched ...

Simply and purely....Love.
Musings from our quaint and quiet little life. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. This little boy is the funniest, naughtiest, silliest, grumpiest, back and forth, up and down child I've ever known. Today I watched him as he smacked Ashlin on the forehead. I said "Jamison! We do not hit! Tell her you're sorry! He replied "I didn't hit her. I was giving her a high five.". That's Jamison for ya. Thursday, August 22, 2013. Oh, this child kills me. The memories we made there will never be forgotten. All three of my...

Phillips Family
March 16, 2015. This year, we were able to spend Thanksgiving down in Florida. It's always wonderful for Trevor to leave work behind, even just for a day or two. It was just our little family, and we did missed being with the rest of our families. But, since Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful we focused on that and remembered the many. Things we have been blessed with. But, eventually we got one of our little trio! I love that we have this picture from. Something fun and memorable for all of us. And t...
The Plankenhorns | Missionaries in the Dominican Republic
Missionaries in the Dominican Republic. The Numbers Tell a Story. February 12, 2015. Kathy’s crazy 4 year-olds. Kathy with her student and a new baby sister! Waiting on the roof panels. Hamburger day in the cafe. These stories happen every day all around all us. Not just to those of us that live in foreign places. The hardest part for me is to pause long enough from the everyday spreadsheets, numbers and tasks to take in the beauty and complexity of the people and lives that we touch. September 15, 2012.
Trevor and Kris
Saturday, March 8, 2014. Update on the kittens. He's about 10 pounds with paws that indicate he still has a long way to grow. Olive is still pretty tiny. She's maybe 7 pounds even though she's almost a year old now. They seem to like hanging out together and with Riddle, Luna and Diesel. March marks the opening of baseball season for Ryder. He's back on the Rangers team and hoping to get some time on the field as a pitcher this year. We'll see how he does. ;-). Climbing the ranks in scouts. Lots of love,.

My 142hh quarter pony and me. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Update: I went out to catch her in a thunder Storm so she wouldn't be running around. But we got there a little too late. She was running in, trying to get in the run-in shed. As she was trotting, I noticed how lame she really is on that one leg. Hopefully the vet will come tomorrow. Until then its stall rest for my poor pony. Tuesday, June 16, 2009. It caught her off guard. But she was obedient. After I corrected her.(:. Monday, June 15, 2009. My go...
