A Work In Progress. Something i wrote 6 years ago. My palms keep sweating. I almost feel like it’s mocking me; how dare it be so happy. But how could I possibly dislike that which brings me comfort? My mouth draws back in a smile and my eyes close and I’m overcome by euphoria. The sweat is gone. My palms are sweaty again. But my fucking palms keep sweating. No matter what I do or what happens to me, I must keep walking. Some chill positivity from a 1998 Sesame Street book about the letter F. Sad, but true.
