Tuesday, August 18, 2009. A game of Red light - Green light anyone? How about if I add a fun twist to the game? Like, food groups! Green light equals good for you foods so (RUN) and Red light equals do NOT or strongly avoid eating (STOP)! Hold up a banana, RUN! Hold up an apple, RUN! Hold up a non-juice labeled juice drink, and you should STOP! Stay away from beverages that are just added colorings, sugar and water. What about a cookie? You would have READ the label! Need help reading labels?

I had a dental appointment the other day, and I was not in the best of moods. He (now my ex-dentist) kind of annoys me to begin with. He's polite and all, but I find some of his habits and nonsense small talk really. Annoying. He just talks to talk.
