Triathlete: Ian Nelson: Boise Ironman 70.3
http://triathleteiannelson.blogspot.com/2010/06/boise-ironman-703.html
My thoughts on training and racing while still trying to balance the hectic life of a college student. Monday, June 14, 2010. Boise Ironman 70.3. As I reached mile 45, I was really starting to hurt. My legs were feeling fatigued, but nothing that I didn't feel that I couldn't push through. What really hurt was my lower back. The pain was intense, but I knew I was approaching the end of the bike and I told myself that it would be better once I was off the bike and standing upright for the run.

This past weekend, I drove home to Northern California so that I could spend some time with my mom for Mother's Day, as well as get out of Utah for a few days. (I'm still having a hard time with how cold the weather has been in Utah even though it is the middle of May.). May 13, 2010 at 1:28 PM. Keep up the good work! May 19, 2010 at 4:58 PM.
