Saturday, March 14, 2015. Tomorrow I’m racing Exeter’s inaugural Rocky Hill Triathlon. Http:/ www.rockyhilltriathlon.com. Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Train the Mind and the Body will Follow. Here’s an often overlooked aspect of running, it develops our minds. 1 Self-awareness: we run to connect with being in the present and gain that heightened understanding of mood, emotion and drive. 2 Self-regulation: we run to redirect disruptive impulses and moods allowing further thought before taking action. Triathlete Treats | A life of running, triathlons, and desserts!

A life of running, triathlons, and desserts! Rolf Prima OLY Race Report. Well since I am the worst blogger on earth. Here is my race report from my race that was 12 days ago. :). Dan and I headed down to Cottage Groove ( 100miles south of Portland) Friday evening and set up camp at about 9:30. We hit the sleeping bags pretty quick after that for an early morning wake up call. Gotta love small races. Check in was easy. Set up was easy! Short portie potty line! Really the only bad thing about a small race!
