Lundi 16 juillet 2012. Pas facile de se remettre à l'entraînement après une pause qui approche les 4 mois. Oui j'ai couru et roulé ici et là mais m'entraîner avec un horaire, des suivis, des comptes à rendre et surtout un but. la réponse est non et ce depuis pas mal trop longtemps. Alors comment faire pour revenir à la discipline de vie que j'avais en fin 2011 et début 2012? En ce qui concerne la natation, le plan est de reprendre dès l'automne. Pour l'instant je patauge dans ma piscine. Vélo : 957 km.

Dimanche 19 février 2012. Des folies de jeunesse. Belle semaine d'entraînement. Je suis finalement en mesure d'utiliser mon Tacx Bushido en combinaison avec mon ordi. Ma montre Garmin (Ant ) entrait en conflit avec le Bushido. Pas mal mieux sur l'écran de l'ordi que sur mon petit écran du Bushido. La semaine prochaine sera difficile, je serai à l'extérieur vendredi-samedi et dimanche avec 2 clients. Au menu, motoneige, bonne bouffe et bien évidemment du bon vin! Samedi 25 août 2012. Ceux qui me connaissent personnellement savent que je suis assez "boss" dans tout. Je n'aime pas avoir l'impression que les choses sont hors de contrôle. Dernièrement, j'ai lâché prise on dirait, ça fait un bon 2-3 semaines que je me contre-crisse de ce qui se passe! Pas bon venant d'un gars comme moi, c'est pratiquement d'avouer que j'abdique sur tout. Pas de natation, mais pas de grande surprise là. Bon je vais aller prendre une marche pour profiter de ce soleil. Vélo : 957 km.
