Trichotillomania, anxiety and knitting. Skip to primary content. December 13, 2012. This week I had my last psychology appointment. I am a bit scared about going it alone to be honest. It was nice to have someone who would ask me how I was coping with trich every other week or so, it was nice to be encouraged and given advice by a professional. Of course I have my supportive boyfriend but I don’t expect him to help to fix me. I know I can do it! I can free myself of this habit. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

My brother did not greet me, instead he asked me why I was there and said “why don’t you just go back to uni? When we arrived at home he told me that I wasn’t going to go to heaven so I might as well just commit suicide. Welcome home, go kill yourself. I am fed up!
