Tried and tasted

Butter english toffees with a hint of salt. Meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti. The ultimate ginger nuts. I have finally found the ultimate recipe for crispy chewy ginger nuts from this lovely lady here. Many thanks to Samantha J(182) for this recipe because I cannot describe how long I've searched for a real ginger nut recipe. I have adapted it slightly and I also cook them for around 6 minutes rather then 15. These take about 10 minutes to put together and around 6 minutes to cook. It all started...

So what is life, without good food?

So what is life, without good food? Sunday, June 19, 2011. I hardly know of someone who doesn't like chat, but when it comes to Maharashtrian Misal, you either love it or hate it! May be it was pure nostalgia, but today I can't have less than spicy food all the times. Even my 3 year old eats our level of spicy food! Methi they sa...

Tried and Tasty Recipes

Tried and Tasty Recipes. Saturday, June 26, 2010. This is pretty incredible.I could hardly believe it the first time I tried it. The consistency is exactly like soft serve. And you can't beat the nutritional value! Next time you buy bananas, cut some up into chunks and store in your freezer. When you get a craving for sweets, pop some of the chunks into your blender (I definitely need a better one). Start processing them. At first, they will go into tiny pieces. The Tried and Tasty Chefs. 1 onion, minced.
