Monday, June 28, 2010. Well, I've been doing everything I can to work on the detox of my liver but I didn't check out the acid content of the things I've been eating. I had a lot of cashews today - raw legumes. They are highly acidic, so I shouldn't be eating them at all. I quickly brushed my teeth with baking soda and I'm doing OK now. Sunday, June 13, 2010. No new shocks - good thing. I made it through the rest of the day up to med time without any more shocks. Monday, June 21, 2010. Well, today is my birthday. I can't think of a better gift than the one I have received. Being able to talk freely without pain, and now being able to eat some solid foods. It gives a person a whole new perspective on life. The swollen gland I had on the right side of my upper neck has almost completely disappeared. Thursday, June 17, 2010. Well, I went in to see the second opinion dentist today and asked her to check my new crown as I didn't think the bite was right. She fixed my bite again today working on the back crown - she even had to take a bit off of my bottom crown. In her opinion, she doesn't believe I have trigeminal neuralgia. Friday, June 25, 2010. Well - no news is either bad news or good news. This time, from my pain or shock point of view, it's good news. I'm learning to be gentle with myself and to not rush. The nerve is still healing, so it will take time. The twinges continue but they are small. I didn't have one at all at lunch or when I brushed my teeth this morning.
