A cozy sweater for cold days. During one of this winter’s extra-cold days, I decided it was time to crochet something warm. I poked around Ravelry for a while, and decided this tunic. This post is late-coming. I finished the sweater over a month ago, but I have yet to take any pictures. I’ll edit this post to add them once they exist. ETA: Here are some pictures, finally. The quality is not great, which is the norm for photos taken in my apartment. This entry was posted in 30 by 30. And tagged 30 by 30.

My brother Tyler got married last weekend. Well, he and Kim were married in a small legal ceremony in May, but they had a larger ceremony and reception Saturday. So now all four of us are old marrieds. Nice. Tyler and Kim have four kids between them, so congrats to the whole family! Here are some pictures. Kim’s sons walked her down the aisle. Kim’s daughter was her Maid of Honor. Heading into the “Honeymoon Suite” immediately following the ceremony. My girl wants to party all the time. September 16, 2015.

You gotta put in work, work, work, work. Saturday we (mostly Darren) made several more house-related purchases, including a good sized charcoal grill and miscellaneous yard maintenance tools. I picked up the pendant conversion kits. I had ordered for the kitchen. While at Home Depot, we grabbed some color cards. We decided on colors for most of the rooms we want to paint, and once we decide on a color for the living/dining room, we’ll be good to go. Front door is just to the left of the banner. Anyway, i...

A Birth Story and Baby Update. Our little guy has been part of the outside world for 3 weeks now, and those 3 weeks have been quite an adventure. I actually started writing this when he was only a week old - he definitely keeps me busy! Birth Stats: 7 lbs, 14 oz, 21 inches long*. And exclusively pumping is hard work! Light at the End of the Tunnel. Holy crap, I am awful at regular updates (duh, Captain Obvious). I don't even have an excuse for not posting - I'm home all the time, our internet connection is *usually*. Fine, and I even have stuff to write about finally! I'm just terribly lazy about updating, and I really hope to work on posting more frequently ( but let's be real, given my track record, it probably won't happen. Sorry. Anyway, I said there was news, so . Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The good with the bad.

For the individuals who didn't take IF acronyms as a second language, the title translates to 5 days post 5 day transfer. On Sunday, we had a textbook perfect transfer with two excellent quality B embryos. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Married to my amazing husband (B) since August of 2010. We decided to start our family in September 2011, but PCOS had other plans for us. We're currently pursuing treatment with an RE. We're just a semi-normal, geeky couple who want to have a family. Baby Steps: Counting Down
http://iloveyoupotato.blogspot.com/2015/06/counting-down.html
In about a week - maybe even less (! This kid will be on the outside, and I kind of can't believe it. I'm definitely getting into the crunch-time/final countdown phase - making lists on top of lists of things I need or would like to get done before this dude arrives and attempting. To get a little more organized (although let's face it, organization is not my strength). I really hope this baby comes soon. I'm so excited to meet him! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Monday, March 15, 2010. I'm getting more and more excited to go to Boston! I've been researching the city a little and it looks amazing! There's so much history there! I'm definitely going to hit some of those historical sites! I wish Vegas looked like this! I can't wait to take photos there too! Just a few months ago I joined a photography group, so I'm excited to put what I've learned to good use on this trip! Here are some photos of what Boston looks like! Posted by just me. Trina E. in The City
Trina E. in The City. That's what she said. Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Since I've been covering the Dogpatch for my story, I've gotten to know a few good eats around the area. Hard Knox Cafe is fantastic. Love, love, love the potatoes. Slash the omelet was hella bomb. . Thursday, May 7, 2009. Yes, I've just seen Notorious. Surprise that it was long and surprise that I actually liked it. . I was a terror since the public school era. Bathroom passes, cuttin classes, squeezing asses.

Trina’s Rad Thoughts. Randomness for the….moment! Things never to say to a cop…. 1 Hey, you must have been doin’ at least 120 mph to keep up with me…Good job! 2 Excuse me…is stick up hyphenated? 3 I thought you had to be in relatively good physical condition to be a cop. 4 I almost decided to be a cop, but I decided to finish high school instead. 6 You’re not gonna check the trunk, are you? 7 Gee, that gut sure doesn’t inspire confidence. 9 Do you know why you pulled me over? Okay, just so one of us does.
