I just noticed this link in a comment to my last blog here and while I don't know anything about it except what I read on the nominator Trish's blog ( This Girl's Messy Head. I thought it would be a fun exercise and wave back of thanks. Sorry, Trish, TOTALLY stealing your formatting b/c I'm lazy like that. ;). Here is a little rundown in case you're wondering what receiving the Liebster Award entails:. Upload the Liebster Award image to your blog.

Red Oak Shire: October 2008
http://redoakmountain.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 24, 2008. The weather is just gorgeous this time of year, and the leaves to match. Although, much of the pretty leaves have already changed into their winter attire, and so much change in only one week. Regretfully, we have misplaced our camera charger.this is the best time to take pictures! Along with the change in leaves, has come a change in temperature, and seemingly fast too! Looking forward to a rainy and chilly Saturday tomorrow. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Red Oak Shire: December 2012
http://redoakmountain.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 3, 2012. Decorating for Christmas at 39 weeks pregnant. Still going and still pregnant! I had a very full weekend visiting having Eddie's friends over on Saturday with another maternity photo shoot with Ruth Young Photography. Then Sunday saw working at the Christmas in Little Washington (yes, while pregnant) at the Artisans Market with my Strike Daekins booth. The needle-felted "Wild Rovers" were immensely popular. :-). Tree is all done! Bebe's first Christmas tree!

Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Pregnancy by the Weeks. I do have all of these photos on Facebook Albums, however, I still have many family members and friends that are not on Facebook. (Lucky them! So, I've added the album to our blog as well. :-). 29 Weeks Pregnant and Final Weekend at MDRF 2012. Remnants of Hurricane Isaac on opening weekend. This was NOT the tornado I speak of! AND the tornado threat that whipped through the site during a show, Eddie and I had such an amazing time. Photo by Alan O'Connor.

Brendan's Isle: March 2010
http://brendansisle.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
St Brendan of Ireland followed directions from God, and came to America in the 500s spreading the good name of Christ to the First Nation peoples and the Norsemen who had been visiting North America for more than 100 years. St. Brendan bore the heart of an adventurer, the soul of a sailor and the spirit of man trusting in God. Saturday, March 27, 2010. A friends birthday party. Lyn and Heather Bell. Red Oak Shire: Park closed, we still hike. The government doesn't own Nature.
http://redoakmountain.blogspot.com/2013/10/park-closed-we-still-hike-government.html
Friday, October 18, 2013. Park closed, we still hike. The government doesn't own Nature. On an unusually warm weekend we had in October two weeks past, Eddie and I decided to go for a hike in the mountains, and to not let the government tell us that they can close Nature. How absurd? We found a way into the park (Shenandoah), despite complete BS signage stating that Appalachian Trail was closed. How could anyone in their right mind take this seriously? Rambling Inner Monologue: April 2013
http://ramblinginnermonologue.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
A little bit of everything. Friday, April 26, 2013. I am one of those people that sometimes has dreams that are a touch on the vivid/detail-oriented side. Oh, here, allow me to hand back the eyeballs that rolled clean out of the heads of those of you who know my dreaming tendencies at that slight understatement. If it were possible to smell colors in dreamland I'd win the gold medal. Friday, April 19, 2013. Brought to you by multiple levels of awesomeness:. Try a Little Tenderness. Thursday, April 4, 2013.
