500g beef mince (can use a mixture of beef and veal). 1 small carrot – coarsely grated. 1 small zucchini – coarsely grated. 1/2 brown onion – coarsely grated. 1/2 cup stale bread crumbs. 1 tbsp tomato sauce. 2 tsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp olive oil.
