Le dosi sono quelle adattate alla gelatiera Gaggia da un kilo e ridotte nella quantità di zucchero (l’originale risulta un po’ troppo dolce al mio palato). 0,2 Litri di latte intero (meglio se crudo). 0,2 Litri di panna fresca. 80 gr di zucchero. 1 scorza di limone.
