http://joyliza.blogspot.com/2009/01/im-doing-it-mom-gulp-gulp-cough-cough.html
Updated weekly so keep checking back to read what's going on with us. Saturday, January 17, 2009. I'm doing it, Mom! Gulp, gulp, cough, cough. She was so excited! Even if it lasted 2 seconds, it was amazing to watch! There was fear but also a lot of joy in her face and in her voice. It was cool to see all the different components of her lessons finally click. That afternoon she managed to tread up to 5 seconds. Today was an awesome day! She improved so much. She would swim about 6 feet to catch me, r...

News from Joy: Things are slowly getting better...
http://joyliza.blogspot.com/2009/03/things-are-slowly-getting-better.html
Updated weekly so keep checking back to read what's going on with us. Friday, March 6, 2009. Things are slowly getting better. We've been in MI 5 days now. I'm feeling less stressed and have a little more energy each day. I'm also so excited that Patrick arrives in the morning. He's a maniac! Who drives 2400 miles in less than 2 days? He left around 11 am Thursday and is due here 5 am Saturday. Crazy huh? This week we met Ryan and Aliza's pediatrician. Did I already mention that on the previous blog?

Just Ketchin' Up: February 2008
http://ketchfamily5.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Keep up with our family has we journey through life's trials as a Army family. Thursday, February 28, 2008. Avery celebrated her 3rd birthday this month. She had a small Strawberry Shortcake themed party with a friend from MOPS. The highlight of the party was the pinata. All the kids took turns hitting it but in the end, Daniel had to rip it open to get the candy out. Look I'm behind bars! Thursday, February 28, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Just Ketchin' Up: Summer Formal
http://ketchfamily5.blogspot.com/2008/09/summer-formal.html
Keep up with our family has we journey through life's trials as a Army family. Thursday, September 11, 2008. Here's your sign . If any of you are wondering why Daniel has a 10th Mountain patch (top picture) instead of the 3 ID its because his unit was reflagged a week before the ball. The dinner was nice but the evening ran late. We left early to get home to put the kids to bed. All in all we had a nice time. Someday we'll get to stay out all night for the ball. A picture of me and one of my kids! Usually I take all the pictures, but today my pastor's wife captured this shot of Samuel and I at Ft. Pulaski National Monument. Jarrett and Avery were busy playing in the dirt. Samuel was 3 1/2 months old. Look how big I am growing! This is the holiday outfit Jarrett picked...

http://ketchfamily5.blogspot.com/2008/10/little-ballerina.html
Keep up with our family has we journey through life's trials as a Army family. Monday, October 20, 2008. Avery has started taking dance classes on Wednesdays. I think she's on her fourth week of lessons and she'll go to dance weekly until June. The videos and pictures are from the first class she went to. It's a Creative Movement class for 2-4 year olds and she loves it! Avery's friend Karmen is also in the class and the girls are happy they can see each other weekly instead of just at MOPS.

Just Ketchin' Up: Egg Hunting
http://ketchfamily5.blogspot.com/2008/03/egg-hunting.html
Keep up with our family has we journey through life's trials as a Army family. Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Jarrett and Avery had three Egg Hunts this past weekend. The first was with Jarrett's Pre-K class. Jarrett's teacher was very kind in letting Avery participate in the Egg Hunt. Neither one found the gold or silver eggs hidden in the playground, but both did pretty good. Jarrett found 6 eggs and Avery 8! Post-wide Egg Hunt: Jarrett - 1 egg Avery - 20 eggs. Our Easter Sunday was pretty low key. We we...
