Recent flight to Hemet-Ryan field, (KHMT). Airport Cafe evaluation, I can highly reccomend the "Hangar 1 Cafe". The bur gers, fries and sandwiches are all you would expect, the service is enthusiastic, and the decor is pure airport cafe to the max! But the real treat is thier pie! Had a "Mango/rasberry" that was simply "to fly for"!
