Troy and Lacey and kids. Sunday, November 2, 2008. Elephants, superheroes and bashed up fingers. Trevor as an elephant. He was so cute. Tyson has finally learned to ride a bike on his own. It was awesome when he finally just decided to let go and trust himself. He now has a lot more freedom and confidence. I am very pleased with him. I guess all it takes is for a kid to decide he's ready. The cougars won in a nailbiter and still moved up the polls. Until next time.go cougs! Thier costumes are great!

Wednesday, August 25, 2010. The whole YSA gang! Visiting Waterford and Tramore. Ms Garmina took us to the ferry to access the Hook Lighthouse. It was a 30 minute wait and cost E8. The distance on the ferry was so short if two ferries had been placed end to end wecould have driven straight across.We discovered later it was faster and easier to drive around-but what fun would that be? Hook Lighthouse is one of the oldest operating lighthouses in the world. Can someone tell me why lighthouses are round?

Sunday, December 5, 2010. We received permission to attend the Preston Temple with the YSA in October. Stunning setting for the temple with beautiful English landscaping. As you can see, we had great weather. These flags are in front of the MTC. Typical green sculptures- arches and trimmed hedges. Most of the flowers were gone by our trip but the landscaping was magnificent. The overnight accommodation was full so we stayed in one of the vacant senior apartments-very nice. We are currently still working stiffs who plan to become full time RVers in the near future. Troy is a retired USAF C-5 Galaxy Flight Engineer (aka fly-boy), He currently is employed by Boing where he is a C-17 Globemaster III instructor. Lesa is an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN).
