Life as a trucker. November 18, 2008. I took a break from writting for awhile since it was pretty much the same thing every trip. There were a couple of things but nothing really noteworthy. Life as a trucker. June 3, 2008. I made the decision to go into trucking when I was looking for a job and hadn't found anything after 6 weeks and saw a job posting for Driver Solutions. I signed up online and then it gave me a time to call a representative in about 30 minutes. I'm going to drive for PAM Trucking. The course is 3 weeks long and I'm taking it in Springfield, MO. Well, the company said that my trailer was ready but they couldn't release it until after midnight and it was 9:30pm now.
