You cook Blue Hubbard like Butternut or other winter squashes. Cut them in chunks, scrape out the seeds, and roast the pieces in the oven at 350F for 45 minutes or so. I've always wanted to try that. Do you want to share some? I'd heard of kefir, but really had no knowledge of what it really was. I thought it was Indian yogurt (wrong).
