It is Last night Trisha and Carter spent the night (much to my delight), while they were treating their house for fleas. This morning we said our goodbyes and I closed the door behind Trish as she left. Just then I heard this strange sound. At first I thought it was the wail of some animal, but then I barely made out words midst the wailing, "Waaaaaaaait! Call the police, their killin' me!

On Thursday Tracy and I hiked up Powell Butte to sled in a drainage ditch up there. Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Miller Rockaway Beach Trip, 2012. Another fabulous year at Rockaway with the Millers! Of course we ate Tillamook Ice Cream for lunch - EVERY DAY! Had a blast taking the kids out on Lake Lytle to drag a fly. Didn't catch a thing, but we sure had fun. CRAZINESS I tell you pure CRAZINESS! It's below 70 and yes Michael and the kids are swimming in the freezing cold Oregon water! A Miller trip would not be complete without a little homemade ice cream,. I love this guy!

Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Go Girl Trail Run. For my 30th birthday celebration I had the privilege of running a 10k (6.2 mile) trail run. It was CRAZY fun, crazy being uphill for over 2 miles, parts that you could only hike and not "run". Then another ridiculous hill at mile 5. Blood, sweat, and tears BABY.IT WAS GREAT! I am ready for the next race, I think I might be addicted :). Aunt Pam, Melissa, Mars, Me. And the best cheerleaders ever - Ellie and Blake. Leah, rocked it! Sweaty Mars and I after the race!
