I needed an inspection report for a construction project on a quick turnaround and contacted Allen. He replied quickly, was out on the site within two days, and produced exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Allen's work and already have him scheduled for another job! I would highly recommend Allen as an inspector as he relates to the buyer and explains things very well. The buyer needed to call him later and he was available instantly to assist her with the issue.
