Sunday, 14 June 2015. Day 14 of my '90 days of summer' posts; make lemon curd. I just love the fresh, zingy taste of homemade lemon curd. Apart from it being incredibly simple and quick to make, it is utterly heavenly. All you need is a spoon or some hot, buttered toast.
