Just A Man Trying. No I actually do not eat ketchup any more I just liked the idea of catching up with ketchup. Ok, I am back. I have let life get in the way and have not been diligent with this site as I would hope I would be. I would like to blame not posting on moving, changing providers, work issues but I can’t it is on me. Well as the title of this site states all I can do is try to be better about posting. Just A Man Trying. I’m Over Zoodles! Ok, I am really trying to add as much Zucchini into my meals as possible. It is cheap and abundant this time of year so why not? Zoodles are still awesome. FYI I call any vegetable you use as a noodle a Zoodle. Here are some other great uses I found for Zoodles so please spiralize or cut them up, both work. Rice Noodles: Use in PHO. Ramen Noodles: Use in Ramen. Sweet Potato Zoodle (Any will work I really like the Japanese Sweet Potato). Any stir fry requiring noodles.
