I am gonna start setting some goals. 1 Be able to ride a mile in 7 minute. 2 finish the 16 mile bike ride on the full moon bike ride at white sands. 3 I set a goal on 2/13 to ride 90 miles in one month. Always wear a helmet.I just found this site that tells you how long your helmet should last and when and why your should replace it. Check it out at http:/ www.bhsi.org/replace.htm.
