I told her it had been 3/4 months. She said "great well how would you like some FREE? I said SURE.but there was a catch.you have to be on the news. Tuesday, March 25, 2014. I have been so busy I have not been able to post new recipes. I hope this summer to be able to post more! For now, a favorite recipe is roasted butternut squash. I usually buy the precut from Costco. I toss with coconut oil and some cinnamon, place a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30-60 minutes. I roast until tender, stirring a couple times while cooking.
