Through my almost 50 years in the coffee industry, I have had the pleasure of working with thousands of customers, serving, helping and advising. I have had a great time with people. Shortly after I retired to Spokane Washington, I watched a program about a man who was still working in his own business at the age of 100 years!

He considers it to be very important to preserve the peaceful, lovely character of this environment. The roasting plant is on the same property where Tom lives. He loves the smell of roasting coffee but he also knows that it is important that the fresh clear air prevails for the wildlife, neighbors and for his own home environment.
