Got Nate's little plate all filled with tidbits of food, got his "My First Thanksgiving" bib on, and then let him go to town. Nothing unusual and nothing crazy sounding, just the usual daycare bug. Sunday night, he woke up around 3am and just would NOT go back to sleep. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. There is always hope. I am living proof. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. As for me, I weighed myself this morning and so far, I've lost 30 of the 45 lbs I gained during pregnancy. I'm pretty happy with that considering I'm only 2 weeks post partum. Breastfeeding is supposed to help weight loss too, so I hope it continues to fall off like it has been. I took some pics to monitor the progress I've been making. This is 1 week post partum. And this is 2 weeks post partum. Making progress, slowly but surely!

There is always hope. I am living proof. Friday, July 23, 2010. Well, really 6.5. Anyways, we went in for Nate's 6 month check up yesterday. He was 18 lbs 9 oz (70%), 28 inches long (90%), and he had a huge head. Huge head as in he measured off the charts. He has always been in the 90 % with regards to head circumference, so this is the first time he measured off the charts. Of course, what good would a check up be without some worry thrown in there for good measure? Monday, July 12, 2010. I'm a big boy!
