This is just a place for me to keep track of my journey to FINALLY lose these last 20 pounds. Monday, March 25, 2013. Here's how it went this week. Mon- Kickboxing and Zumba I only did Zumba and added in weights and WOW I also did a 25 min walk. Tues- Abs and Buns Done with WOW and a 60 min walk in the sunshine. Wed- Zumba and Pump I only did Zumba and WOW. Thur- Step and Yoga Done and Done plus WOW and Treadmill. Fri- Zumba Done plus WOW. Sun- Rest To make up for Saturday I did WOW plus a 20 min walk.

This is just a place for me to keep track of my journey to FINALLY lose these last 20 pounds. Monday, April 8, 2013. Week April 1st - April 7th- Here's how it went this week. It was spring break for my kids so I decided to have a relaxing week and just do what felt good to my body. Mon- 60 minute Hike in beautiful canyons. Tues- 60 minute Yoga class plus 35 minute on the treadmill. Wed- 65 minutes of Zumba. Thur- Step and Yoga plus 10 min WOW. Fri- 60 minute Zumba and a 60 minute demo of Zumba Sentao.

Mon- Kickboxing and Zumba I only did Zumba and added in weights and WOW. Tues- Abs and Buns Done with Bike and WOW and a 30 min walk in the sunshine. Wed- Zumba and Pump Done and Done with WOW. I forget how much I love PUMP. Thur- Step and Yoga Done and Done plus a small bike session. Sat- Zumba Done plus a great massage. See ya next week.

I did a lot less strenuous activity and focused on yoga, pilates, and long walks. Still had to fit my Zumba in though. Mon- Kickboxing and Zumba I Zumba'd with a 35 min walk and WOW. Blev inget bloggande igår eftersom jag hittade ju aldrig den dära typiska data sladden, så jag sket i det överhuvudetaget. döööö hahah :P. Men jag har hittat den nu (Y). Är i alla fall riktigt stressad, och jag hanterar inte stress så bra så jag är ganska låg, men det brukar försvinna sen :) har riktigt många prov och inlämningar denna vecka, så nu ska jag plugga, puss o hej 3.
