Sunday, April 25, 2010. We just got back from Maui after being there for nearly 10 days. We were very sad and not quite ready to leave but it sure does feel good to be home. The guys were able to walk right off our lanai and into the ocean to surf, and we could just sit around the lanai and yard and watch them - it was absolutely perfect. Monday, April 5, 2010. This year we actually celebrated Easter with Davin and it was really fun. The day before we took him the giant Easter Egg Hunt at the McKinleyville Shopping Center, and he wasn't to sure about it at first. He was doing okay while we held him, waiting for them to say "go! Saturday, October 24, 2009. We got Davin a battery operated four wheeler for his birthday and he just loves it. We thought it would take him a while to get the hang of pushing the button to make it move, but we were wrong - he figured that out real quick! Now we just need to teach him how to steer. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. First Day of Preschool. Dav started his first year of preschool on Sept 6th! He is growing up so fast its amazing. He was SO excited to go and had no issues with Tav and I dropping him off and leaving that first day (and everyday since then). I think it was harder for me to walk away than it was for Dav. I guess that shows that he was very ready for this next step, and that makes us excited for this new journey with him. Our little man with his cheeseball smile :).
