Therese und Christoph Zaugg-Gerber. Liegt südlich von Oberkulm auf 565 m.ü.Meer, auf einer Anhöhe umgeben von Wald. Die Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche beträgt 14 Hektaren. Darauf halten wir unsere Herde mit Mutterkühen,wir haben vier Pferde und zwei Shetlandponys, bauen Gemüse und Dinkel an und halten Bienen. Zur Vervollständigung unseres Angebotes und um Sie ganzjährig beliefern zu können kaufen wir auch Demeter- und Biogemüse zu. Bei den Kartoffeln, Karotten, Eiern und Aepfeln sind es uns bekannte Produzenten. Wenn Sie eine Bio-Gemüsetasche. Wünschen füllen Sie eine Wunsch- oder Bestellliste aus. Sie erhalten dann jeden Donnerstag. Deshalb ist es die Bio-Gemüsetasche. Die Gemüsetaschen werden an Depotstellen.

Wir setzen keine der im Bioanbau bewilligten Stickstoff und / oder Flüssigdünger ein. Wir geben unserem Gemüse Gelegenheit zu wachsen und zu reifen, wie bei einem guten Wein. Therese und Christoph Zaugg-Gerber. Wir halten auf unserem Betrieb eine Herde von neun bis zehn Mutterkühen, mit ihren Kälbern. Diese kommen mit etwa zehn Monaten in eine separate Gruppe von Rindern und Ochsen. Im Alter von etwa zwei Jahren werden die Tiere geschlachtet oder kommen zurück zur Herde als Ersatz für abgehende Muttertiere. Von April bis Oktober sind unsere Kühe, Kälber, Rinder und Ochsen auf der Weide. Meistens Tag und Nacht, ausser bei extremen Niederschlägen. .
