UPDATE: We have added email support to the family upload link. This saves a couple of steps in the process of sending the upload link to the family so they can upload pictures (and you can stop scanning photos). Here's how it works:. 1 Just like before on the slides page choose More Upload Link. 2 This window now has the ability for you to enter an email address and the system will send the link. 3 Those who receive the link will have a screen that looks like this. If you're watching a preview and it's freezing up, there are two things to be aware of:. Any freezing or stuttering WILL NOT be in the actual video. The cause of freezing is normally an internet connection between our servers and yours. This could mean that your internet connection is busy or slow, or that there is an interruption between where we are and where you are. Either way, it's nothing to be too worried about as the final video is a much higher resolution than the preview.
