Weaving a Web of Connection. Laquo; Biking to Vienna. From Zurich to Madrid. June 29, 2016. On the train today headed to Zurich for a visit with friends. It’s a 7 hour train ride so I can catch up on my blog. Kyle took this pic. We finally saw the BLUE Danou on our second to last day. Heading west we are passing the small towns we biked through along the Danube. Glenn and I reminisce and are missing the other Bicigrin@s already. Blue Goddess at the Zurich train station. Tomorrow we fly to Newark where we will meet Bette and Tom and stay with them for a few days before beginning our Northern Trek across the USA. Here I am in the Plaza Mayor sipping a sangria while being misted. Most restaurants here have “misters” going because it is 43 degrees! That is about 112 degrees! Finally got my toes painted!
